Needs more arm-flailing.

Steven Seagal doesn't run a lot, presumably because doing so would not be very in keeping with his established lethargic style. Granted, Seagal is a bad Ma-F, trifle with him and he'll be on you like a flannel. However, all credibility goes straight out the window when he is forced to apprehend a baddy at any speed above a brisk walk.
